Delete your okdate account

This page is for the okdate app (developer: Firma Testowa sp. z o.o.). You can delete your account in two ways.

1. In the app

Open okdate, go to Settings, then Account, and choose “Delete account”. Confirm. Your account is gone immediately.

2. Without the app, using the form

If you no longer have the app, fill in the form below with the phone number or email you use to sign in. We'll send a code to confirm it's you, so nobody else can delete your account. After you confirm, we delete the account within 7 days.

You can also email prywatnosc@okdate.pl from the address linked to your account.

What we delete

• Your profile, photos, Occasions, Statuses, Applications and messages. They disappear immediately and are deleted from our systems within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.
• Your consents, preferences, location and Verification result.
• Unused Tokens are lost.

What we keep and for how long

• The Meetup Log (who met whom, when and where, attendance confirmations): 3 years from the date of the meetup. We share it only with law enforcement and courts.
• Payment records: for the period required by tax law.
• Reports and moderation decisions: 2 years after the case is closed.
• A hash of data of people removed for serious breaches, so they cannot return: 5 years after the account is deleted.
