How to report illegal content (Article 16 DSA)
The fastest way is the “Report” button in the app. Without an account, use the form below or email dsa@okdate.pl. A report should include:
- why you believe the content is illegal,
- where it is: name and age from the profile, the Occasion title, a screenshot or a share link,
- your name and email (not required for reports about child abuse),
- a statement that you act in good faith and the information is accurate and complete.
We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and normally decide within 72 hours, or within 7 days in complex cases. We tell you our decision and whether automated tools were used.
Appeals
You can appeal decisions on reports and restrictions on your account within 6 months, free of charge, in the app or at dsa@okdate.pl. A human decides every appeal. You may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Article 21 DSA) or go to court.

Moderation rules are in the Terms (sections 10 to 14) and the Community Guidelines.
